Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please call us within 5 minutes of placing it, and we’ll do our best to assist you before preparation begins.
If you placed your order in person, please let us know right away at the counter so we can make the adjustment. Once an order is already being prepared, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Can I customize my sandwich toppings?
Yes we’re happy to make your sandwich just the way you like it. You’re welcome to choose your toppings, spreads, and add-ons when placing your order. If you have any special preferences, just let us know and we’ll take great care of you.
Do you have any deals or combo offers?
Yes we offer a variety of breakfast and lunch combo specials, along with seasonal promotions throughout the year. We also provide Money Mailer coupons that are occasionally sent out in the local mail.
How do I reheat a leftover sandwich?
For the best taste and texture, we recommend reheating hot sandwiches in a toaster oven for a few minutes. This helps keep the bread crisp. Microwaving is not recommended, as it can make the bread soft or chewy.
What should I do if my order is incorrect or late?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it right away. If a mistake was made on our end, we’re happy to remake the food for you. At this time, remade orders must be picked up at the store, and we’re not able to deliver replacements. We appreciate your understanding our goal is always to make sure you leave satisfied.
What are your delivery hours?
We currently do not have in-house delivery drivers. However, our food is available for delivery through partners such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and other online ordering services. Delivery availability and hours may vary based on the schedule listed on each platform.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
We do not provide in-house delivery at this time. All deliveries are handled through our online ordering partners such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and similar services. Any contactless delivery options can be requested directly through those platforms when placing your order.
