Bagel Bliss Deli & Grill is your neighborhood spot for fresh, comforting food served daily. From warm bagels and lox to classic egg sandwiches, signature breakfast creations, pancakes, French toast, and hearty platters, we offer something for every appetite. Our spreads to go, favorites on a bagel, and fresh salad bowls make it easy to enjoy a quick bite or a full meal your way.
For lunch, we serve 8″ subs, hot sandwiches, cheesesteaks, quesadillas, wraps, and panini—each prepared with care and consistent quality. Whether you’re craving something simple or something stacked, our menu brings together the deli, grill, and bagel shop classics people love.
Located at 477 Spotswood Englishtown Road in Monroe Township, we’re here to serve the community with friendly service and convenient hours. We’re open Monday–Friday from 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
